Jana Orava
Co-Founder and Mentor
Jan Orava was involved in the establishment of the KoPlac koworking place in Brno. KoPlac connects startups and also focuses on foreigners living in Brno. They regularly organize Startup Weekend and other events to support and develop startups. Among other things, KoPlac also arranges internships for foreign graduates in Czech companies and startups.
Jan Orava is also launching the startup marketing agency Alpdest, which focuses on creating marketing campaigns for large brands. The campaigns are aimed at tourists, especially in the mountains and ski resorts, and use the latest technology, drones, satellite signals, etc.
Lenka Kührová
Administrative and Financial
Lenka provides administrative and financial pages for KoPlac. She also takes care of all members to make them feel at home. The cakes that Lenka baked at Startup Weekend Brno could not be praised by the participants.
Luděk Kühr
Co-Founder and Mentor
Luděk is passionate about even the craziest idea, he has excellent communication skills, he is fluent in English and German. He gained his extensive experience in managing projects and teams thanks to working on international projects. A successful European project that ended in 2014 was the EMMIA project – Development of the mobile industry in the EU. Over the last 20 years, he has improved his knowledge of accounting and corporate finance. In his free time he likes to walk in the mountains and take part in the Mountain Challenge. His passion is beekeeping.
